Personal Mission Statement
To become a Senior Business Analyst or Consultant so that I can lead digital transformation initiatives and provide targeted business solutions. I will do this by leveraging my technical skills in SQL, database management, and problem-solving to drive data-backed decisions and optimize business processes. I am guided by the values of excellence, integrity, collaboration, and celebration. These values shape my approach to stakeholder engagement, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality results that meet business goals and support long-term success.
My Story
Professional Journey
I am currently pursuing a diploma in Business Analysis in Canada, building on a solid foundation with a Bachelor's Degree in IT. With 9 years of rich experience in the IT industry in the Philippines, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients across Asia, America, and Europe. Throughout my career, I've developed a strong passion for analyzing complex situations, fostering seamless collaboration, and producing detailed technical documentation and reports. This passion naturally led me to specialize further in Business Analysis, a field that allows me to refine my skills and create impactful business solutions. My experience spans various aspects of IT, from technical support and systems analysis to project management and release management.

Each role I have undertaken has equipped me with unique insights and skills, enabling me to approach problems holistically and develop effective, tailored solutions. My expertise spans various domains, including team leadership, client communication, quality assurance, incident and service request management, migration optimization, and knowledge management. Additionally, I excel in release and change management, technical support and troubleshooting, time management, team coordination, process automation, and process optimization. These competencies demonstrate my ability to drive performance enhancements, ensure quality, and deliver impactful solutions in complex technical environments.
Personal Interests and Passions
​Outside of my professional life, I have a variety of interests that keep me balanced and inspired.
Music plays a significant role in my life, and I enjoy exploring new genres and discovering new artists, which often provide a refreshing break and a source of creative inspiration. I particularly enjoy listening to Pop Rock and Boyband songs, with my favorite performers being Ed Sheeran, Miley Cyrus, Bruno Mars, Zayn, and Harry Styles.
Cooking is another passion of mine, as it allows me to experiment with flavors and create comforting dishes for my loved ones. There's something incredibly satisfying about transforming fresh ingredients into a delicious meal that brings people together. I particularly enjoy cooking Filipino dishes, with Pansit Malabon, Leche Flan, and the Filipino version of Spaghetti being my specialties. Additionally, I love exploring and experimenting with different cuisines from around the world, broadening my culinary horizons and bringing diverse flavors to my kitchen.

​Watching uplifting TV series is one of my favorite ways to unwind. Whether it's a heartwarming drama or a light-hearted comedy, these shows provide a wonderful escape and a chance to relax and recharge. I particularly enjoy sitcoms like Brooklyn Nine-Nine, How I Met Your Mother, and my favorite, Modern Family, because they offer much-needed laughter in a tough world.

Family is incredibly important to me, and I cherish the quality time spent with my daughter. We enjoy a variety of activities together, including eating out, playing games, watching cartoons, reading bedtime stories, and exploring new places. These moments create lasting memories that I treasure deeply.

I have a deep love for animals, especially my cherished pets back in the Philippines. Their playful and loving nature brings immense joy and genuine happiness to my life. Moving to Canada has been particularly challenging because I constantly miss their affectionate presence and wagging tails. The bond we share is irreplaceable, and I eagerly look forward to being reunited with them again.
Traveling is another passion of mine, and I've had the wonderful opportunity to explore various parts of Canada, the Philippines, the United Kingdom (my favorite place due to my love for castle architecture), Singapore, and Vietnam. Each journey enriches my perspective, allowing me to immerse myself in different cultures and gain a deeper understanding of the world. I am excitedly anticipating more adventures and the fresh experiences they will offer.
These experiences have profoundly influenced my holistic approach to life and work, making me a well-rounded and dynamic individual. They have enhanced my adaptability, cultural awareness, and ability to view challenges from multiple perspectives, contributing to both my personal growth and professional development.
